How to use Phimostop

Phimostop is a medical device designed to treat phimosis in a progressive and non-invasive manner. The treatment is based on the gradual use of tuboids of increasing diameter, which help improve the elasticity of the foreskin without the need for surgery.

Resolve Phimosis Naturally, Without Surgery

Phimostop is the first European medical device for treating phimosis without circumcision. Thanks to 22 medical-grade silicone tuboids, it promotes a progressive dilation of the foreskin, supporting natural tissue regeneration.

Instructions for Use

1

Selecting the appropriate tuboid

Choose the tuboid that best fits your specific phimosis condition; it must be applied without causing pain or excessive pressure.
2

Preliminary Hygiene

Before use, thoroughly clean your hands, the tuboids, the foreskin, and the glans.
3

Insertion

Moisten both the tuboid and the foreskin to facilitate insertion. The tuboids are numbered from 1 to 22, each with an increasing diameter to allow for the gradual widening of the foreskin. The tuboid should be selected based on the severity of the phimosis
Tuboids 1 – 9
How to insert tuboids 1 to 9:
Gently lower the foreskin as much as possible without forcing it.
Insert one corner of the tuboid’s protruding base into the foreskin.
Rotate the tuboid to insert it completely.
Use your thumb and index finger to pull both the inner and outer skin of the foreskin up over the tuboid.
Tuboids 10 – 22
How to insert tuboids 10 to 22:
Gently lower the foreskin as much as possible without forcing it.
Place the base of the tuboid on the glans.
Use your thumb and index finger to pull both the inner and outer skin of the foreskin up over the tuboid.
4

Securing the tuboid

Lower the tuboid’s wings and secure it to the penis by applying the adhesive tape to both sides of the foreskin

Additional Useful Information

Duration of Use
Wear each tuboid for at least 72/96 hours, until you notice an improvement that allows you to move on to the next size.
If the larger tuboid causes pain, return to using the previous one for at least another 72/96 hours
Preventive Use
For those prone to recurring phimosis (for example, due to diabetes), it is recommended to periodically wear the most suitable tuboid to maintain foreskin elasticity.
Tip: One night per week with the appropriate tuboid.
Does Phimostop hurt?
Phimostop has no side effects and does not cause pain. Should inflammation, pain, or redness occur, we recommend suspending the protocol and contacting your doctor and our customer service.
Do not use in case of:
Paraphimosis
