Verengung der Vorhaut nur schwer oder gar nicht vollst\u00e4ndig freizugelegt werden kann. Wenn keine Phimose vorliegt, ist die Vorhaut hingegen elastisch genug, um sich zur\u00fcckzuziehen, so dass die Eichel freigelegt werden kann.\u00a0<br>Bei der Geburt haben alle m\u00e4nnlichen S\u00e4uglinge nat\u00fcrliche balano-pr\u00e4putiale Verwachsungen, die dem Schutz des Penis dienen. Im Alter von\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/register.awmf.org\/assets\/guidelines\/006-052l_S2k_Phimose-Paraphimose-Kinder-Jugendliche_2022-03_02.pdf\">3 oder 4 Jahren<\/a>\u00a0beginnt der Wachstumsprozess des Penis und damit auch der Vorhaut, wodurch sich diese Verwachsungen spontan aufl\u00f6sen. In etwa 1% der F\u00e4lle entwickelt sich die Vorhaut jedoch nicht im Verh\u00e4ltnis zum Penis. Dies kann dazu f\u00fchren, dass die Eichel aufgrund eines Mangels an Vorhautgewebe nicht freigelegt werden kann: In diesem Fall spricht man von einer\u00a0<strong>angeborenen Phimose<\/strong>.<br>In anderen F\u00e4llen kann\u00a0<strong>die\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.phimostop.com\/de\/phimose-erwachsene\/\"><strong>Phimose im Erwachsenenalter<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0als Folge einer Infektion der Vorhaut oder der Eichel auftreten. Auch nach der Behandlung der Infektion k\u00f6nnen sich die daraus hervorgehenden Narben mit der Zeit verh\u00e4rten und einen Ring aus unelastischem phimotischem Gewebe bilden, der als\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.phimostop.com\/de\/blog\/vorhautverengung-ring\/\">phimotischer Ring<\/a>\u00a0bezeichnet wird.
